We understand that making a Will can be a daunting process for many people. However, it’s strongly recommended to make one as it can prevent difficulties in the future. The advantage of making a Will means that you have control over who will administer your estate and who will benefit from your estate. (subject to some restrictions) .
If you wish to make a Will with us, please follow these three steps:
Download and complete our guide and instruction form on our website. Don’t worry if you’re not sure about completing all of it, as we will review it with you at your consultation and answer all of your questions. If you wish us to post you the form, just let us know and we will be happy to do so.
Send the form back to us by post or email. You can pop in to us with it also. You will find all of our details on our contact page.
Book an appointment online at a time that suits you . We will have a draft Will prepared for your consultation . We will review it with you and then have it signed and witnessed. Our office will store your original Will and give you a copy.
